Resin Bound Driveways in Your Town

A smooth, seamless, fully permeable finish that suits modern and period homes alike — and needs almost no maintenance.

— Overview

What you get

Resin bound surfacing mixes natural aggregate with a clear UV-stable resin and trowels it out to a smooth, seamless finish. It is fully permeable, so surface water drains straight through, and there are no joints or loose stones to deal with.

How we build it

Every installation follows the same sequence, whatever the surface. We excavate to the depth your ground conditions require, lay and compact a sub-base in layers rather than in one go, restrain every perimeter, and design surface water away from the property before a single block, slab or board is laid.

We do not subcontract. The team that quotes the job is the team that turns up, which is the simplest reason our finish is consistent across hundreds of installations.

Questions about resin bound driveways

Can resin be laid over my existing driveway?
Often, yes — provided the existing tarmac or concrete is structurally sound, free from movement and properly drained. We will assess it during the free site visit and tell you honestly either way.

Foot traffic after around six hours and vehicles after 24 to 48 hours, depending on temperature and humidity on the day.
No. Resin bound is mixed and trowelled to a smooth permeable finish. Resin bonded scatters stone over a resin layer, giving a rougher, non-permeable surface that sheds loose stone over time.
